What’s included, and what do I return?
Every kit includes a borrowed wardrobe sized to the trip. New underwear, socks, toiletries, a phone charger and cable, and a packable tote are yours to keep; the clothing goes into the return bag after your last use.
What do I need to bring?
Bring your phone, ID, wallet, medications, glasses or contacts, any support garments, and broken-in shoes. Bring your laptop and laptop charger if needed; the included charger is for your phone.
Can you deliver to a hotel or short-term rental?
Yes. We coordinate with the hotel front desk or arrange a handoff around your rental check-in.
What if something doesn’t fit?
We review your sizes and fit preferences before requesting payment. If a garment is off during the trip, contact us and we’ll arrange a local swap when stock and timing allow.
Can the toiletries fly home?
Yes. Liquids are 100 mL or less, solid, or intended to be used during the trip. A fragrance-free option is available; note any allergies when you book. Airline baggage limits still apply.
When do you collect the borrowed clothes?
After your final planned use—not automatically at hotel checkout. Leave the sealed bag with the front desk, schedule a pickup, or confirm another arrangement with us.
How does payment work?
Booking submits a request and does not require a card. After we confirm availability and fit, we contact you to arrange payment.
Can I add a suit?
The $60 Formal Appointment add-on adds a borrowed suit or coordinated formal set to a Work Kit, subject to fit review. Bring your own dress shoes.
Can I book more than seven nights?
Contact us for longer trips; the online form handles stays of up to seven nights.
