Privacy notice

When you submit a booking request, we collect:

• Contact information — your name, email address, and phone number, so we can coordinate delivery and returns.
• Trip and lodging details — arrival and departure dates, trip purpose, and where you are staying (hotel or short-term rental, plus the check-in details you choose to share).
• Sizes and fit preferences — garment cut, sizes, and fit preference, so the operator can pack clothes that fit.
• Optional allergy or sensitivity notes — only what you choose to write in the notes field, used to select suitable toiletries.
• Return preferences — how and when borrowed items should be collected after your final planned use.

• Medication names or medical history. You carry your own medications, and we never ask what they are.
• Passport or ID numbers. Your identity documents stay with you.
• Payment card details. There is no online payment on this site. Payment is collected after availability and fit review. Payment is arranged with you directly after that review, outside this website, so card numbers never pass through it.

Your information is used for one purpose: fulfilling and coordinating your kit. That means reviewing availability and fit, packing, delivery, collecting borrowed items, and messages about your own order. We do not run ads, we do not sell or share your data, and we do not use your details for marketing beyond correspondence about your booking.

The customer site sets no tracking or analytics cookies. The only cookie in the product is a single HTTP-only session cookie used by the operator to sign in to the internal dashboard. It is not set when you browse the site or submit a booking.

We keep order records so we can manage returns, resolve questions about past orders, and keep basic business accounts. To correct your information or ask for it to be deleted, email hello@arrivelightdc.example.
