Arrive Light DC delivers a pre-packed wardrobe and essentials kit to hotels and short-term rentals within Washington, DC. Some items in a kit are new and yours to keep; some are borrowed and collected after your final planned use; and some things — like medications, identification, and your own broken-in shoes — you always carry yourself. Each item’s status is shown in your kit plan.

Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed order. No kit is confirmed until the operator has reviewed availability and fit for your dates and sizes. Payment is collected after availability and fit review. If we cannot fulfill a request, we tell you and nothing is owed.

The prices shown at booking are the current prices. If prices change, the change never applies retroactively to a booking that has already been confirmed — you pay what was quoted when your booking was confirmed.

Items marked B in your kit plan remain the property of Arrive Light DC. They are collected after your final planned use, as arranged at booking — not automatically at lodging checkout. You agree to treat borrowed items with reasonable care; normal wear from ordinary use is expected and fine. Loss, or damage beyond normal wear, may incur a replacement charge, which we discuss with you case by case before anything is charged.

The operator reviews your sizes and fit preferences against available stock before payment is requested. During your trip, we offer local fit-swap support and will work in good faith to correct a wrong size from local stock. We do not warrant a perfect fit, and fit-swap support is not an unconditional or same-day guarantee.

• Borrowed footwear. Shoes are never provided or borrowed; you wear or bring your own broken-in pair.
• Laptop chargers by default. The kit’s charging gear covers your phone; bring your own laptop charger.
• Guaranteed same-day exchanges. We work quickly and in good faith, but no exchange or swap is guaranteed on any particular timeline.

You may cancel free of charge at any time before payment is requested. After payment, contact us; refund requests are reviewed individually.

Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you actually paid for that booking.
